GENERAL INFORMATION
“PROGETTO FUOCO” will take place from 23 to 26 February 2022 in Verona Exhibition Centre. It will be open every day from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (exhibitors and service staff can enter the halls half an hour before the opening time and leave half an hour after the closing time).
STAND PREPARATION
Stand assembly and preparation in free areas will begin on Wednesday 16 February. The procedures can be carried out from 7.00 am to 8.30 pm every day until Monday 21 February.
The night of February 21 will be dedicated to sanitation operations.
On 22 February (the day before the event starts), Exhibitors ONLY will be available for the latest stand finishes from 7.00 am until 4.00 pm.
The pre-fitted stands provided by the Event Organizer will be available from 21 February, from 7.00 am until 8.30 pm. In order to enable the Event Organizer to provide the necessary services and add the finishing touches, on Tuesday 22 February (the day before the event starts), the stand preparation times will be from 7.00 am until 4.00 pm.
Exhibitors that want to set up their stands using their own staff and/or a specialist company must scrupulously follow the Technical Regulations that can be downloaded from the VeronaFiere website.

STAND DISMANTLING
Disassembly and handling operations are scheduled as follows:
• Halls 2-3-4-5: from Sunday 27 February to Wednesday 2 March from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Halls 6-7-8: from Sunday 27 February to Thursday 3 March from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
On Saturday 26 February, on the last day of the exhibition, it is possible to bring out your materials by hand trolleys only, starting from 6:30 p.m. and until 7:00 p.m.
We would also like to remind you that on Saturday, February 26, the last day of the event, it is strictly forbidden to leave the stand before the official closing time (6 p.m.). It is forbidden to dismantle the stands and stand contractor companies will not be admitted in the Exhibition centre.

INSURANCE
We remind that the insurance coverage (included in the Registration Fee) begins 6 days prior to the start of the event and ends 6 days after the end of the event.
For the refund in the event of theft inside the Fairgrounds the Exhibitor/Insured Party shall immediately notify the Operative Services of the Exhibition Centre (ground floor Palaexpo in front of Outdoor Area B) and also in the event of theft present immediate notification to the local Judicial Authority or to the Police.
For claims and compensations, exhibitors should contact Veronafiere (Ms Elisa Lorenzini, Phone: +390458298155; fax +390458298197) and forward/submit the following mandatory documentation:
- copy of the report notifying the incident to Public Authorities by and no later than 48 hours after the incident; non-observance of this term may involve total or partial loss of rights to indemnity;
- quantification of the damages notified;
- packing list and transport docket of the material stolen or damaged (from the head offices of the company to the Verona Exhibition Centre);
- purchase invoice and/or processing data card for the foregoing material.
